Welcome to the lab: microgreens preorders are open
Our indoor grow room is up and running. Every tray is seeded by hand, grown under our lights here in Woodland, and harvested fresh for the day you pick it up.
Broccoli, arugula, purple radish and beet are on the menu now, by the ounce or by the full tray. Everything is grown to order, so give us about 12 days (16 for beets) and we’ll start yours from seed.
We grow a diverse range of fresh produce — from microgreens to leafy greens, herbs, and vegetables — across hydroponic systems, raised beds, and grow towers. Clean inputs, tight water management, and consistent conditions that don’t depend on the season yield a fresh, nutrient-dense harvest close to where it’s used. The farm is powered by LotusBloom Operations — the same systems and data discipline that run our data practice.
