These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lotusbloomllc.com and any products, applications, and services provided by LotusBloom LLC, including the Credit Hub and DealDeck mobile apps. By using the site or any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, interfere with others’ use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems.

Our services

The site describes LotusBloom’s work in data operations and sustainable agriculture for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific engagements, deliverables, pricing, and product availability are governed by separate agreements or order confirmations made directly with us.

The LotusBloom apps

These Terms also govern your use of LotusBloom’s mobile applications, including Credit Hub and DealDeck (each, an “App”). By downloading, installing, or using an App you agree to these Terms, which also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the App. Each App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control; you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it. If an App is obtained through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the site or an App. Where an App offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App or by contacting us.

Informational purposes only — not financial advice

Credit Hub, DealDeck, and related tools provide general financial and shopping information for reference only and do not constitute financial, credit, tax, legal, or investment advice. Reward rates, offers, card terms, prices, and deals are shown for convenience, may change at any time, and may contain errors. Always confirm current terms, rates, and eligibility directly with your card issuer, financial institution, or the merchant before making any decision or purchase. LotusBloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card issuer, bank, or retailer, and any third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

User content and conduct

Some features let you submit content — such as deals, notes, reviews, or shared finds (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content and grant LotusBloom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the services solely to operate them. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or misuse the services. We may review, remove, or disable any User Content and suspend or terminate any user, at our discretion and without notice. In-app tools let you report or hide content, and we act on legitimate reports. If you believe content infringes your copyright, email admin@lotusbloomllc.com with the details required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we will respond appropriately.

Subscriptions, purchases, and app stores

Some features may be offered as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. The applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel them in your app-store account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed and governed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases follow Apple’s policies. Purchases made on our website are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by LotusBloom.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the LotusBloom name and emblem, and the site’s design — is owned by LotusBloom LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotusBloom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

Third-party links

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
